Each year the 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals provide the finest medical care, life-saving research and preventative education to help millions of kid overcome diseases and injuries of every kind.
The 170 Children's Miracle Network hospitals are there 24 hours a day to help kids of every age and background overcome every imaginable disease and injury--from asthma and broken bones to cancer, heart defects, pediatric AIDS, muscular dystrophy and serious injuries.
These children's hospital are also on the front lines of preventing disease and injury through research, education and outreach programs that keep millions of kids out of the hospital each year
Through its year-round effort to help kids, Children's Miracle Network has raised more than $3.4 billion to date, most of which is donated a dollar or two at a time by caring individuals across North America.

- Treat 98% of all children needing heart or lung transplants
- Treat 88% of all children with cancer
- Treat 76% of all children with cystic fibrosis
- Treat 90% of all children with sickle cell anemia
- Treat 72% of all children with pediatric AIDS
- Devote 60% of their services to children under age six and 25% to newborns
- Train 60% of pediatricians and 80% of all pediatric specialists
- Treat 6 million children for accident trauma each year
- Treat 49,000 children with cancer each year
- Treat 45,000 children for heart defects and problems each year
- Treat 1,300 children for sickle cell anemia each year

Today at one Children's Miracle Network Hospital, 32 children will receive cancer treatments. Average cancer treatment cost = $75,000
Today at one Children's Miracle Network Hospital, 200 children will visit the emergency room. Average pediatric ER visit cost = $423
Almost 80% of children will survive today due to the advances in diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cancer.
